About the job In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following: - Assisting in contract process flow, supporting the Legal Team in advising the organization on legal risks and liabilities - Advising and actively supporting internal stakeholders with legal queries in accordance with playbooks, legal regulations and within corporate guidelines - Conducting legal research to provide internal stakeholders and Legal Team with analysis and recommendations - Conducting routine and specific legal and factual information research and data compilation - Managing queries such as data access requests and regulatory proceedings - Assisting the Legal Team in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Managing and maintaining legal documentation and records (e.g. contracts, policies) - Supporting the Legal Team in managing external legal counsel - Performing standard corporate housekeeping duties About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: - Degree/Education in Law from accredited Law school - Master’ Degree will be an huge asset - Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills - 1-3 years’ of experience in law firm or inhouse legal department - Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, identify and manage risks, and track progress against milestones - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance is a plus - Established skills and knowledge within the legal discipline, requires integration of theory and practice - Fluency in English (speaking and writing) - Fluency in additional languages will be an asset What we offer You can expect a range of benefits, including: - Private medical coverage - Life insurance - Employee Assistance Program - MyBenefit program - Employee social fund - Recognition awards - Swarovski products discounts - Learning and development programs - Volunteering leave Masters of Light Since 1895 Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
