You will be responsible for maintaining the Time and Attendance system of record, ensuring the highest quality of data, and serving as a crucial contributor to Manufacturing Payroll and reporting on key metrics. You would work alongside our Supervisors and Leaders. This position is based in our Shared Services Centre in Bielany Wrocławskie - Poland, with a hybrid model (3 days in-office). You will report to the Sr Manager, Employee Services. **- What you’ll be doing.** - Act as the central point of contact for all Time & Attendance (Dimensions) related topics across GB & EMENA, ensuring efficient handling of operational queries and issues - Manage and maintain time and attendance data, including validations, corrections, and ensuring overall data accuracy and integrity in the system - Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit readiness. - Support payroll processes and checks, including investigating discrepancies, resolving system-related issues, and collaborating closely with Payroll and Business Applications teams. - Generate and analyze reports and metrics to provide insights, support decision-making, and improve workforce and payroll data quality. - Drive standardization and governance of Time & Attendance processes across the region, ensuring consistency in ways of working and clear ownership. - Support system implementations and enhancements (e.g., Dimensions rollout), including preparation of documentation, training materials, and end-user enablement. - Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees to ensure proper use of the system and accountability for timekeeping processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain system documentation, process guidelines, and knowledge materials, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders. - Support the definition and alignment of Time & Attendance roles and responsibilities across GB & EMENA as part of the regional operating model. - Support the implementation of the Dimensions system in the Chociwel plant (Poland), including preparing training materials and internal process documentation and developing clear user guides and instructions **- What you’ll need to be successful.** - Minimum of two years' experience in full-cycle payroll processing, multi-province experience is a plus. - Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems. - Working knowledge of payroll, HR, and benefits administration is a plus. - Familiarity with federal and provincial laws affecting payroll and employee benefit programs. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Excellent customer service, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. - A strong appetite to combine data sets tor insights and supporting decision making - Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism - Fluent in English and Polish **- Benefits of the role**.** - A challenging role within an effective and international team (flat hierarchies) - Competitive salary and attractive benefits - Hybrid working model (3 days in the office) - Private medical care - Multisport card co-financed by employer - Retirement pension plan - Lunch&transport allowance - Opportunity to join additional insurance - Support of the supervisor and team in professional adaptation - Great opportunities for professional growth and development - Friendly, supportive team culture. **- About the team**.** You’ll become part of the Employee Services Team within HR Shared Services.
