The latter is our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) hub, employing over 130 professionals across both Project Delivery (Project Services and Creative Sales Services) and Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Planning & Analysis). **About the Opportunity** Our Creative Solutions Team is currently searching for a Graphic Designer to join the Kraków office on a full-time employment contract in a hybrid work model. **Key responsibilities**: - Design engaging visual content for digital and print media (Business Development documents, presentations, brochures, ads for social media and web content, events materials, branding projects). - Work within our established Brand Guidelines to produce consistent and high-quality designs. - Prepare artwork for production and liaise with print vendors when required. - Contribute to storyboarding, creative brainstorming and ideation sessions. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high quality. **Here's What You'll Need** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Fluent spoken and written English at B2 level. - 1 - 3 years’ professional experience in a Graphic Design role in a Corporate setting would be a bonus but not essential. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital, and print. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). - Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint). - Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding. - Ability to take briefs and translate them into effective, creative visuals. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Understanding of accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG, PDF/UA). - Familiarity with Mural, Illustration skills, 3D or web design experience is a plus. - Strong team player, with demonstrated organisation and attention to details skills and accuracy. - Ability to occasionally travel and work outside of normal hours - with sufficient notice. **We offer**: - An international work environment with a unique company culture that promotes individual career growth and work-life balance - Opportunities for personal development - A friendly and supportive team atmosphere - The chance to participate in various projects and improvements - A hybrid or stationary working model based on your preference - Flexible working hours (start between 7:30-10:00) - Short Fridays (6-hour workdays) - A benefits package that includes medical care, life insurance, a My Benefit cafeteria with co-financing for sports activities, psychological support - A modern office in an attractive location We know that if we are inclusive, we’re more connected, and we’re more creative.
