Sprzedaży / Sales Specialist **You will be responsible for**: - engaging with existing clients in the company's portfolio to understand their needs and offer support in optimizing campaigns using online paid advertising, - enhancing campaigns for assigned clients through paid advertising, aiming to increase advertising efficiency, click-through rates, and refining the target audience, - solving problems and liaising with clients to ensure the best-selling solutions for their advertising campaigns, - supporting clients in understanding and familiarizing themselves with proposed technologies, explaining mechanisms, presenting examples, and providing specific numerical results, - achieving set sales goals, with additional cash bonuses awarded quarterly, utilizing techniques introduced during training: needs assessment, objection handling, benefit language usage, and setting clear meeting objectives, - building positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to create the brand image of the company and personal brand. **Requirements**: - proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level - due to the international nature of the company, all implementations and recruitment stages are conducted in this language, - proficiency in one of the following languages: Czech/ Slovak/ Arabic at a minimum C1 level - this language will be used in daily work, - analytical and creative thinking skills - approximately 50% of the work involves data analysis to predict and understand consumer behavior, - strong interpersonal skills, as the other 50% of the work involves client interaction, requiring relationship-building and sales and negotiation skills, - knowledge of CRM system is an additional advantage. **The Company offers**: - employment based on a contract of employment, - attractive base salary and unlimited sales bonuses, - flexible working hours - the possibility to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, adhering to labor laws (maximum 10 hours per day, minimum 6 hours, with 40 hours per week), - hybrid work model (3 days from office/ 2 days home office), - private medical care for employees, including dental care, - subsidies for studies, courses, and training related to the position's profile, - subsidies for language courses, - Multisport card, - opportunities for career development within the company in senior, leadership, expert, and supervisory positions.
