To our plant in Stanowice we are looking for a person on position **Logistics Supervisor** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Supervision of overall operations in particular: - coordinating the work of Purchasing Department team (Direct/ Indirect purchases) and Customer Service Department, - preparing invoices, - corresponding with the customer (including complaints), - monitoring orders (EDI) and changes in orders from customers, - reporting to the Finance Department on planned sales, - representing the department and participating in all audits in the area of customer service and purchasing, in consultation with the Quality Director, - work closely with the Production and Planning Department regarding actual needs, shortages and surpluses of production components, as well as indirect production materials, - comply with the requirements, policies and procedures and instructions of the Quality Management Systems according to ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001, - approval of orders to sub-suppliers based on issued and approved Internal Requisitions, generated by the MRP Requisitions SAP system, as well as based on previously negotiated contracts, - controlling orders for direct and indirect production materials, - control over timely execution of placed orders and escalation of shortages, - analysis and supervision of non-rotating materials (Obsolete) and minimization of their stocks, - optimization and supervision of master data affecting inventory levels, - supervision of investment purchases, - reporting on assigned responsibilities for CSA audit, - coordination of work related to the implementation of new projects, - co-editing draft agreements and contracts, - cooperating with Customs and Customs Agencies, - overseeing the achievement of quality and process goals for his/ her department, - negotiating contracts, checking commercial terms and conditions, - conducting conferences with suppliers and customers. **REQUIREMENTS**: - university degree, - English skills - min. B2, - good knowledge of **SAP R/3 - MM + SD module,**: - experience in team managing, - practical knowledge of issues related to inventory level management, - ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, - ability to establish and maintain contacts, - communicativeness. **NICE TO HAVE**: - ability to create reports in Power BI - German skills
