CFS Senior Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process. This role ensures accurate and timely processing payments allocation and other receivables processes, and reconciliations, contributing to the financial stability and operational efficiency of Takeda. **_ INSPIRED BY PATIENTS. POWERED BY YOU._** **Responsibilities**: - Manage customer accounts and account offsetting - Handle manual billing for non-product related transactions - Prepare customer balance confirmations, balance reports, and country-specific reporting - Execute and support country-specific AR activities and requirements - Maintain and update automations, including Cash BOT rules - Create and maintain country-specific work instructions and documentation - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CFS processes and support the team with process knowledge - Support internal controls, audits, HFM notes, and internal reporting - Participate in projects, process improvements, and cross-team initiatives **Skills & Qualifications** - **Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office**: - **Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and accounting processes**: - **Good understanding of AR policies, controls, and audit requirements**: - **Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy**: - **Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality delivery**: - **Open, communicative team player able to work in cross-functional teams**: - **Self-driven, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities under time pressure**: - **Improvement-oriented mindset with interest in process optimization, automation, and new technologies (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)**: - **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; fluent in English (written and spoken)**: **What Takeda Business Solutions can offer you**: No investment we make pays greater dividends than taking good care of our people.
