As we are growing our presence in Eastern Europe and building a greenfield PIR insulation production facility in Leśnica, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help accelerate our growth. You will be responsible for the following: - **Staying ahead of the curve**by ensuring we have the right certification, testing and documentation in line with the specific market needs. You follow regulatory evolutions in our field and anticipate, identify and follow up with changes enabling us to meet local demand and legislation. - **Act as a true partner to sales**by combining technical depth with commercial mindset. Whether remotely or on-site, you ensure solutions that reinforce confidence in our products and our brand. - **Be the voice of the market**by identifying trends, needs and opportunities. You actively feed insights back to our central R&D and sales teams, helping shape the innovations of tomorrow. **Who are you?** - You possess a master’s degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience - You have experience within our industry, preferably with PIR product, and have built up a professional network - You have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills that allow you to build up qualitative internal and external relationships - You are able to take ownership and have the drive to be part of a new organization which is being set-up in Poland - You work in a structured way, can analyze information, think in a solution-oriented way and take action. - You are able to work in an international environment across different teams (technical service, sales, R&D, etc) - You are digitally skilled - You are fluent in Polish and English.
