**Your Role** To meet operational requirements for new product introductions, we have identified the need to hire a qualified individual for the position of Injection Molding Process/Tooling Engineer. You will be part of the Molex team in our Sulęcin facility, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader. **Our Team** The Injection Molding Process/Tooling Engineer is a key member of our Process Engineering and NPI Projects Team. This role involves working closely with a broad group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful market introduction and manufacturing implementation of new products - particularly in wire and connector assembly for the automotive industry. **What You Will Do** - Optimizing production costs using Lean Manufacturing tools and solutions- Seeking process optimization opportunities by introducing new machines, equipment, and production resources - Standardizing workstations and processes - Monitoring and analyzing production line efficiency, including work performance, OEE, productivity, financial efficiency, and other key economic indicators - Improving workplace ergonomics and effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives - Promoting the 6S program and resource efficiency-focused approaches - Preparing necessary production documentation, in line with procedures such as PDP, including: - Designing production processes: line setups, process flow, material flow, machine documentation, and participation in FMEA analysis - Implementing process changes according to PCN and deviations - Executing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate product and process inconsistencies - Collaborating with internal (production, quality, NPI, technical support, design center) and external (suppliers, customers) teams - Promoting environmentally friendly initiatives that improve the company's energy efficiency - Following quality management, environmental, and energy management system procedures **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** - Technical education, preferably higher degree - Experience in a similar role, preferably with relevant processes such as over molding and injection molding, soldering, wire cutting, preparation, crimping, and automation of production processes - Technical expertise in error detection and problem-solving, knowledge of quality systems - Ability to work in a team environment within a fast-growing facility, contributing to exciting projects and investments - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various departments internally and externally - Proactive, positive attitude, openness to new ideas, goal-oriented and solution-driven mindset - Project management experience, Lean Manufacturing approach - Good English proficiency for effective communication - Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative - Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office - Ability to create technical drawings **What Will Put You Ahead** - Experience with AutoCAD, NX Siemens, CATIA - Knowledge of ISO9000/IATF16949 quality systems - Expertise in molding processes related to injection molding - Understanding of quality tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, LEAN) - Experience in process transfers, tooling implementations, and production line setup - Independence in working within an international environment **What We Offer** - Exciting and ambitious work in an international business environment, with new investments and initiatives - Comprehensive benefits package, including: - Medical care, sports card, life insurance, meal subsidies, company events, employee referral program, and cafeteria benefits - Opportunities for professional development and career growth **Who We Are** As a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
