Your Tasks **Social Media Coordination** - Conducting social media communication and community building on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, including visual identification standards in this area. - Coordination of social media schedules and development of social media content with other internal departments, including Product, Event, and Service, through internal tools and platforms. - Planning and conducting paid advertising campaigns on social media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and retargeting campaigns. - Collaboration with regional marketing teams to deliver content, monitor the Group’s image consistency in social media and provide substantive support in this area. - Support colleagues in Sales, Product and Service with the creation of social media content to be used on individual personal channels - Collaboration with external entities in content creation, campaign coordination and reporting. - Monitoring results and KPI's along with report analysis. **Data, Analytics and Advertising** - Participate in tracking and reporting on online marketing activities related to product marketing, trade fairs and events, and digital marketing, and ensuring that all data is tracked and reported correctly. - Preparing recommendations for operational improvements based on data and analysis. - Maintaining online advertising accounts,, including tracking performance, managing budget, and supporting marketing campaigns. - Conducting online advertising activities, including via Google Advertising, Bing Advertising, online trade/media partner advertising, and supporting social media and other global advertising tools. - Managing and maintain the online advertising budget. - Training colleagues from the Group on: The correct processes for tracking activities and promoting the use of data and analytics and supporting their local advertising activities. - Working with the CRM platform (Salesforce). - Cooperation in the field of marketing automation campaigns. Your Skills - Experience in a similar position (over a year). - High interest in social media tools and platforms, especially LinkedIn. - Knowledge of trends in social media. - Editorial skills and the ability to create creative content. - Good skills in using Meta Ads and Linkedin Ads - Knowledge of Meta Business Suite. - Knowledge of SEO principles, trends in content marketing, but also in digital marketing. - Experience in running SEM campaigns and Google Ads campaigns is an advantage. - Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and teamwork. - Openness to change, creativity, initiative in proposing new solutions. - Good work organization and commitment to performed duties. - Very good knowledge of English - Knowledge of German is welcome. - Knowledge of CRM, especially Salesforce, is an additional advantage. - Experience in marketing activities in B2B sector is an additional advantage.
