Join us and let's build a future full of opportunities together! **Place of work**: Gdansk Security Expert **Obligations**: - Conduct security-related tasks in specified fields of operation in Poland, including investigations and anti-fraud activities - Conduct internal investigations at local level, use data analysis and field observations to analyse cases, identify irregularities, risks, control gaps and root causes, recommend preventive actions, and propose improvements in security and business processes - Conduct local fraud risk assessments by analysing processes, identifying control gaps and risks, and proposing practical mitigation actions - Conduct controls and inspections at MOL retail stations across Poland, including analysis of incidents and irregularities, assess security risks, and ensure proper actions and preventive measures - Cooperate with Security Operation Centre (SOC/GSOC), crisis management and business continuity processes, security training, and regular reporting - Contribute to the implementation of MOL Group security policies, standards and rules, and identify operational issues and improvement needs - Cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities when required, and participate in internal and external meetings - Cooperate with other MOL Group security teams and participate in cross-border projects - Readiness for frequent field work outside MOL Polska HQ, Gdansk - approx. 50% of working time at MOL retail stations across Poland **Requirements**: - University degree - Fluency in Polish and English - At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, audits, internal controls, fraud risk analysis and prevention, economic investigations, or a similar area - Knowledge of investigation methods and data analysis will be an advantage - Basic knowledge of physical and technical security - Ability to analyse incidents and prepare clear reports - Strong analytical skills - Good communication skills and a proactive approach - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Driving licence (category B) - Good knowledge of MS Office **We offer**: - Full-time, you will start working as soon as possible - Professional training and a challenging environment for continuous development - Career advancement within MOL Group - Enthusiastic team - Work in a growing company with a stable market position, - Work tools: company car, phone, laptop, - Learning opportunities through exposure to complex business environments and projects, - Competitive compensation (including performance bonus) and benefits.
