We are seeking a talented Artwork Specialist (hybrid) to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will take ownership of various printing projects within the Imperial Brands portfolio, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. Your work will be showcased across thousands of products, making a significant impact on our global brand presence. **Principal Accountabilities** - Plan and coordinate the creation of print documents (Technical Artworks & Good to Prints) and maintain documentation in our PLM system. - Align project timelines with the Project Coordinator to ensure timely completion. - Determine print standards and specifications for our suppliers, including print method, colors, ink makers, and tool suppliers. - Estimate one-off costs (Repro, tooling, etc.), create Purchase Orders, and verify invoices from repro and print suppliers. - Manage the end-to-end process from instruction to the release of print documents. - Participate in standardization and automation projects to improve current print processes. **Skills & Experience Required** - Degree in Print and Pack related engineering or practical experience in production, artwork, design agency, or FMCG environment. - Project management experience with strong analytical and process thinking skills. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written. - Excellent teamwork and stakeholder communication skills. - Deep knowledge of Offset, Gravure, and Flexo printing techniques and Pre-Press technologies. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office. **What We Offer** In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and many extras including a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and hybrid/flexible working opportunities as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
