on configuration experience with Workday HCM Core and implementation experience (at least 2 end‑to‑end cycles). Advanced knowledge of Workday's deployment methodologies. 📘 Excellent communication, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, advisory, and project management skills. 💬 Comfortable working in a fast, dynamic, changing environment and effectively working under time pressure. ⚡ Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements, client needs, and challenges. 🔄 Excellent time and work management. ⏰ Self‑learner and a team player. ✨ Workday certifications will be a plus. 🎓 Experience with deployment/configuration of other Workday HCM modules will be a plus. Fluent English. Knowledge of Polish labor law and applying it to Workday HCM Core requirements will be a plus.
