prem. 70% of the role will be focused on BAU tasks such as deploying new versions of Citrix and windows, upgrades and maintaining Windows environments/virtual desktop infrastructure across 80,000 machines globally, whereas 30% of the role will be focused on providing and deploying sustainable and configurable solutions for the existing platform following any escalations from BAU tasks.
