breaking principles, particularly in developing RESTful APIs and developing microservices using highly iterative methods to deliver change to production regularly. Familiarity with Java, preferably more recent versions (17 and greater). Knowledge of building and managing database schemas using PostgreSQL. Both experience in and a passion to influence global teams of engineers in transforming the engineering mindset and culture amongst the group. A keenness to learn new skills and technologies as the role requires. Experience in dissecting business requirements and supporting teams to deliver them iteratively to production at high cadence without large planning cycles. Experience in managing development teams. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills. Nice to have Experience with building and supporting tooling for CI/CD on Kubernetes.
