art, programming, design, audio, animation, etc. Creating and maintaining documentation related to levels and gameplay for project. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues in the profession. Qualifications Experience in game creation (at least 5 years of experience or one published AAA project) as a Level Designer/Senior Level Designer/Lead Level Designer. Ability to design and create a game environment that is engaging and understandable for the player, provides diverse gameplay, and is attractive and aesthetically credible. Good understanding of any editing tool, whether it's Unity, Unreal, RedKit, Cryengine, RoadHog or Techland's proprietary DevTools. Understanding of how to solve a problem when you hear that "through indirect player's guidance we have to make them end up at point X". Good sense of what will play well and what will be frustrating. Eagerness to develop our technology and engine in terms of level design. Willingness to work with other people to achieve a common goal. Willingness to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and think outside the box. Good knowledge of English. **Nice to have**: Basic knowledge of architecture.
