ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Job description:
* Managing the full scope of HR processes for the new logistics center
* Leading, developing, and supervising a small local HR team
* Coordinating recruitment for hourly and salaried positions and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
* Supporting the management team in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
* Overseeing onboarding, training activities, and development initiatives
* Coordinating performance management processes and development plans
* Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
* Cooperating with temporary employment agencies and supporting labor planning
* Managing HR data, preparing reports, and collaborating with central HR, Health & Safety and payroll teams
* Supporting the logistics center manager and shift leaders in daily operational challenges

WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a role with direct team responsibility
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, or production environments
* Strong knowledge of labor law and health & safety standards
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
* High level of independence, business maturity and relationship‑building skills
* Experience working with temporary employment agencies
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Knowledge of SAP or other HRIS systems is an advantage
* English language at a C1 level
