ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Job description: * Managing the full scope of HR processes for the new logistics center * Leading, developing, and supervising a small local HR team * Coordinating recruitment for hourly and salaried positions and ensuring appropriate staffing levels * Supporting the management team in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment * Overseeing onboarding, training activities, and development initiatives * Coordinating performance management processes and development plans * Ensuring compliance with labor law and internal HR policies * Cooperating with temporary employment agencies and supporting labor planning * Managing HR data, preparing reports, and collaborating with central HR, Health & Safety and payroll teams * Supporting the logistics center manager and shift leaders in daily operational challenges GI Group Poland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
