82; Possession of product certificates; Experience working with large clients in an international environment and on global projects; Knowledge of operating system and application security used in OT environments; Knowledge of other systems, such as identity and access management in OT environments, and experience in implementing access control, authentication, and authorization policies; Practical knowledge of OT environments (ICS/PLC/SCADA/DCS), including their architecture, communication protocols, and specific security requirements; Ability to analyze technical documentation and create your own documentation in accordance with project requirements; Experience in managing a team of engineers and leading projects, including planning, supervision, and progress control; Sales and bidding skills, including preparing commercial offers, negotiations, and technical presentations for customers; Ability to manage project budgets and optimize costs related to the implementation of security solutions; Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to communicate fluently with customers and read technical documentation (min. B2). We will also appriciate: Experience in preparing DRP plans; Ability to identify critical processes and systems and assess their vulnerability; Understanding of business processes and their impact on cybersecurity management; Knowledge of trends and concepts in the area of security and operational models.
