on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and IBM Connect:Direct (C:D) on Linux or Windows platforms Familiarity with IBM Secure Proxy and External Authentication Server is an advantage Solid understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) and encryption mechanisms Knowledge of cryptography and key management (SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP/GPG, Venafi) Strong troubleshooting capability across distributed systems and network layers Knowledge of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request Management) Basic scripting or automation experience (Shell, PowerShell, Python) is an advantage Nice to Have: Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance principles (access management, audit evidence, patching, etc.) Certifications in IBM Sterling or equivalent technologies Background in supporting large
